THE GROUPS THAT STOOD OUT MOST FOR THEIR NEGATIVE INFLUENCE ON THE ANNUAL RATE WERE:

ON THE OTHER HAND, AMONG THE GROUPS WITH A POSITIVE INFLUENCE, THE FOLLOWING STOOD OUT:
Transport, whose annual rate rose by more than one point, to 6.5%. This increase was mainly due to the rise in the prices of fuels and lubricants for personal vehicles, compared to the drop in the same month of the previous year.
The annual variation rate of core inflation (general index excluding unprocessed food and energy products) stood at 2.8%, one tenth lower than that of the previous month.
